Jr. Business Intelligence Developer

Western Dental Services, Inc., California's largest dental services provider and one of the nation's largest Dental Health Maintenance Organizations (DHMOs) is looking for a Junior BI Developer to join our team. Western Dental employs over 5000 professionals in 4 States and is growing. This position is exempt, full time with an excellent compensation package, which includes full benefits and working at our corporate office located in Orange CA.
This is an entry level position in the Business Intelligence development team. This will provide an opportunity to gain experience, enhance skill set and competencies in the BI field and the associated business functions.
Responsibilities
Perform data analysis, data collection and reporting of key metrics.
Analyze existing reporting related processes and develop innovative and new process changes under the direction of the team members.
Learn and develop SQL, Tableau, strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office Skills, etc.
Requirements
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Good mathematical and logical reasoning skills.
Strong communication
Possess excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills and work effectively with team members.
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel is required.
Result oriented, self-starter and self-motivated who is willing to learn the dental business and who can manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
Basic experience with database or programming language
Associates degree in information systems, math or related field or minimum 2 years working experience.
Additional Experience/Skills (Not required)
Hands on experience with SQL/ SQL server preferred.
BI tool experience a plus
Experience in medical/dental field a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
