Senior SQL/ETL Developer CORE JOB
Responsibilities:
o EXPERT LEVEL UNDERSTANDING OF SQL QUERIES/OPTIMIZATION/STRUCTURES/VIEWS/STORED PROCEDURES/o Responsible for designing, modeling, developing and supporting Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL systems.
o Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema(s), and then design, develop, amend, optimize, and certify database schema design to meet system(s) requirements.
o Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to and from business processes, functions, and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning.
o Performs duties associated with data stewardship, data security, data integration, and data standards.
o Works with Business Intelligence team members to translate business requirements into ETL interfaceso Plan, estimate, design and develop ETL modules using Stored Procedures and SSIS packageso Perform accurate QA and validate data between Data Warehouse and Application Source System QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
o 8
years of experience with SQL (SQL2008 and SQL2012 and SQL 2014)o 1-2
years of experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBASE, Hadoop, etc.
)o Minimum of 5 years Structured Query Language.
o Minimum of 3 years Data Warehouse development.
o Minimum of 3 years SQL Server Integration Services development.
(SSAS)o Minimum of 2 years SQL Server Reporting Services development.
o Minimum of 1-2 years.
NET development using C#o Query Optimization, SQL profiling, locking issueso BI Data architecture advanced knowledge in designing, developing, and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions with Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services (ETL, SSIS, Data warehousing, OLAP Cubes.
o Experience with NoSQL databaseso Nice to have:
Knowledge of C#, Entity Framework, Windows Workflow Foundationo Development experience with languages such as VB.
