Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Development - Orange, San Bernardino, LA, San Diego, or Riverside County, CA
Responsibilities include:
o Sales of HCM platform and/or Payroll processing services to new clients
o Sales of Time and Attendance systems and services
o Sales of other ancillary services including Paperless On-boarding, COBRA and FSA administration, Workers Compensation Insurance , etc
Management of territory by:
Identifying prospects (potential customers)
Track activity and update proprietary CRM
Learn and understand prospect requirements
Communicate features and benefits of available services
Gather required documentation and required forms to complete setups
Offer and provide stellar customer service
Success will be measured against an assigned quota
Bi-lingual is a plus
Required:
Must have experience with outside B2B sales
Experience managing large, complex sales engagements
College Degree required
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must be able to create a solution to fulfill prospect requirements
Must be able to professionally present solutions to multiple prospect influencers
Proficient w/ Excel & Word
Computer competent and willing to become a platform expert
Prior sales success at previous employer (we are looking for winners)
Additional considerations:
Must be able to travel independently to client locations for meetings
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Dress code is business casual
Training on the HCM platform and related services provided.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
