Overview
The Manager of Marketing Analytics is responsible for establishing and implementing the reporting, measurement and data-driven systems to maximize the return on marketing investment. The Manager will be a thought leader in how marketing applies a scientific approach to all our innovation and investment decisions.

Responsibilities
Plan and implement the overall analytics and reporting strategy.
Lead the design and implementation of analytical projects, ensuring that these solutions align with the organization's direction and technology standards.
Design and build decision-modeling tools to support marketing test and learn approach.
Work with Sales and IT teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platforms.
Evaluate, recommend, implement and maintain reporting and analytical tools.
Oversee ongoing development of existing reporting environments with a focus on standardization and consolidation.
Develop KPI dashboards to support marketing spend optimization.
Lead ad-hoc analyses to develop actionable business and marketing insights.
Develop forecasting and seasonality models to support decision making and operations planning.
Monitor campaign performance, explain variances and recommend improvement opportunities.
Lead marketing planning and budgeting processes.
Hire, train, and supervise Analytics team members and ensure that team meets the reporting and analytical needs of the marketing organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree or MBA is desirable
Strong SAS or SPSS skills, SQL, Excel, Google Analytics
3-5 years leading an applied analytics function
Marketing experience a plus but not required
Strong experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets
Strong communications and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
