WHO WE ARE
QALO was founded March 1st, 2013. We are a startup comprised of 10-15 employees who are looking to do business a different way. We believe in a passion for existence. Life has endless possibilities, but who takes the journey with you as you pursue all this life has to offer? WHO WOULD YOU BE
You are a community problem solver. One of the most important aspects of QALO, is our ability to have our customers view us like family, or at least a person in their community who genuinely cares about their issue. We are looking for a new person to help solve problems for our customers and take their experience to the next level. The term Customer Service Representative bores us. We dont give lukewarm customer service. You would be joining a team of hard-working problem solvers that serve a vital role within the QALO community.
WHAT WOULD YOU BE UP TO
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Interact most of the day with our customers through phone interaction.
Learn and understand ZenDesk and the process of customer interaction through the portal.
Help to update our FAQ page to better help our customer understand our service.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Be comfortable making a decision on the spot.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Advise on company information.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Be the first person our customers speak to.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Create template responses with a personal touch.
WHEN WOULD YOU BE HERE
We currently work from 8am5pm, MondayFriday. The hours may change as we grow and expand our services, but for now these are our operating hours.
WHERE WOULD YOU BE
Our office is currently located at 134 S Glassell St. Suite H, Orange, CA 92866.
We will be moving our office to the new QALO base camp located just a few blocks away at 391 S Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866.
WHAT WOULD YOU BE PAID
The pay starts at $15/hr with a semi-annual review of performance with an opportunity to grow with the company. Since we are a startup there will be a ton of chances to move up if you work hard enough.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THE JOB
-Previous Customer Service Experience
-Phone interaction
-Email interaction
-Face to Face interaction
-A desire to do the specific work for the position listed above
-Okay with working in an office environment
-Comfortable answering phones
-Previous work experience with a need to think on your feet
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Familiarity with ZenDesk (Preferred but no required)
-Knowledge of how to use a Mac computer
-You understand the brand and have a passion for what QALO represents

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
