American Advisors Group (AAG) is looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team. This ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, with experience marketing to mortgage brokers. The role also requires strong professional skills in general organization and task management, oral and written communication, and time management.
Job description
Work collaboratively with our experienced sales agents, brokers and executives to determine needs and devise creative business development solutions.
Develop creative, multi-platform campaigns to include marketing materials and targeted mailings to reach new and existing customers.
Assist with all activities, managing projects related to planning, coordinating and development of trade shows, conferences and events and executing all marketing campaigns.
Create tracking and benchmarking methodology to monitor participation and success of various marketing initiatives.
Assist with creation, writing, and maintenance of e-communications such as social media, blogs, email templates, and other company related marketing materials.
Researching assigned marketing and business development topics.
Carry out lead generating campaign including process, content creation, editorial calendar
Requirements
4
years of marketing experience; mortgage, banking , financial services marketing experience preferred
Must be a disciplined, overachiever that works well in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft and Adobe products preferred
Strong writing and editing skills required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain high attention-to-detail required
Associate or Bachelor degree a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
