Attorneys will carry a full case load and represent our Minor clients at every stage of the Dependency Court Proceedings.
Attorneys will make daily court appearances , prepare cases for both contested and non-contested hearings.
Attorneys will collaborate and conference cases with Social Workers, County Counsel, counsel representing other parties on the case, as well as service providers.
Qualification Requirements:
Member in good standing of the State Bar of California Knowledge and experience of Juvenile Dependency Law and/or Family Law are preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy Courtroom Excellent communication and organization skills Interact respectfully and exercise professional courtesy Starting salary $80,000.
