Responsibilities include:
-Perform all duties pertaining to scheduling surgeries including requesting authorization, communication with patients, obtaining medical clearances, coordinating surgeons schedule and completing required forms for the hospital or ASC.
- Promptly answer phone calls and e-mails.
-Liaise and coordinate with health care professionals about schedules, patients and any changes.
-Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications 1.
Obtain patient information for hospital admission/registration office.
2.
Maintain effective patient flow and complete the scheduling.
3.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective working relations with coworkers, office staff and hospital staff members.
4.
Ability to be at work and be on time 5.
Ability to follow company policies, procedures and directives 6.
Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner 7.
Ability to prioritize and multitask Job Type:
