Job Overview:
As a Client Concierge at Lindora, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for clients, facilitating their engagement with our weight loss programs and services.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude.
Prep clients for visit as needed.
Program Information Provide detailed information about our weight loss programs, services, and offerings.
Explain the benefits and features of various programs to help clients make informed decisions.
Appointment Scheduling Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and program reviews.
Ensure efficient and timely scheduling to accommodate clients' availability.
Administrative Support Maintain accurate and organized client records checking all client information on every visit.
Assist in processing paperwork and documentation related to client enrollment.
Customer Service Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow-up and Retention Conduct follow-up calls to check on clients' progress and provide additional support.
Implement retention strategies to encourage clients to stay committed to their weight loss journey.
Educational Support Share educational materials and resources to empower clients with knowledge about healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with nutritionists and fitness experts to ensure clients receive comprehensive guidance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Must have 1-2 years of Receptionist experience.
Must be computer proficient.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with clients.
Basic knowledge of nutrition and weight loss principles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

00 per hour plus monthly bonus if the clinic meets goal.
Expected hours:
20-25 hrs.
