Customer Service Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Handle questions.
- Coordinate and schedule inspections using company database.
Data Management Duties:
- Create, maintain, and enter information into the database including intake of new customer information.
- Add accurate notes and details to support management team.
- Update paperwork, maintain documents, and word processing.
- Invoice completed jobs and send out invoices.
- Manage filing system in the database.
- Perform general office clerical duties.
- Help coordinate events when necessary.
- Maintain office equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
Office Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working with databases - Organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Experience with Excel, Word, PDF, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented - Punctuality - Collaborative and positive mindset This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
