Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals Proactively interact with customers to create a warm, friendly shopping environment.
Work with customers to find sizes, try on items, and suggest add-ons.
Conduct sales, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain the sales floor by styling mannequins, spacing out hangers, and returning items to the appropriate rack.
Help with personal styling appointments as needed.
