Job Description:
Full-time Legal Assistant/ Administrative Assistant Support initial investigation and work up of client cases Client intake, communication, correspondence and meetings Communication and correspondence with insurance companies Coordinate medical treatment and scheduling with medical providers Provide phone, clerical, and administrative support Assist managing attorneys generally as directed Obtain medical records/bills, traffic collision reports etc Qualifications Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task Takes initiative and follows up Professional office communication, demeanor and etiquette Collaborative team member Strong computer and phone skills Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus College degree plus No prior experience necessary To Apply:
