We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Administrative Assistant to help our customers inquiring about our programs, services, and assist with forms and applications at our Orange School.

First point of contact to all customers and students visiting and contacting the school.
Must provide student satisfaction by providing high quality customer service.
Assist students with applications, bonds, DBA's, Corporations, etc.
Must maintain knowledge of all products and services to better serve each student.
Maintain student records through Customer Management System (CMS).
Use CMS to track student progress and update student records.
Address student and counselor's concerns, questions, and or conflicts over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) or in person.
Provide day to day support to the sales staff at the school.
Requirements:
Education:
Must have a high school diploma Customer Service
Experience:
2 years Administrative
Experience:
2 years Spanish:
Required Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

M & W:

00pm, T & Th:

Once Saturday per month, 9:
