Job Summary The Vice President of CHOC Enterprise Master Plan partners with all stakeholders (real estate, facilities, operations, finance, patient services, support services, safety, local communities, human resources, etc.
) to ensure implementation of the Enterprise-Wide Master Plan building projects.
Leads project planning and implementation efforts including but not limited to decanting existing patients, personnel, equipment, and enabling new construction build-out.
Ensures vision of building, and operating new facility is realized in terms of safety, budgetary, and resource plans, overall milestones, and goals.
The VP ensures that the overall enterprise master plan remains on track with the Board approved budget, scope, and timeline.
In collaboration with the EMP governance leadership structure, key interdependencies include alignment with CHOC's strategic & long-range financial plans.
Pay Range Minimum:
$267,363 Midpoint:
$354,266 Maximum:
$441,168 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience o Required:
Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible hospital management experience with at least five (5)years in a leadership capacity which includes hospital and healthcare facilities construction management experience.
o Preferred:
Fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible hospital management experience.
Education o Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related.
o Preferred:
Master's degree in same or related disciplines.
Training o Required:
None required.
Specialized Skills o Required:
Executive demeanor that includes remaining poised, credible, and confident in order to exercise influence, reassure others, and drive optimum project performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complexities to all levels of stakeholders and ability to build trust/strong partnerships.
Proven leadership skills with ability to build, lead, motivate, and inspire teams and manage projects from development stages to on-time/in-budget deliverables.
Ability to collaborate with a variety of personnel from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
Ability to set SMART goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards, develop new ideas and utilize technology.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
