Job Summary The Unit Assistant II provides clerical support to the manager, charge nurse and staff of the department.
Effectively communicates and assists with unit needs.
Provides exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and paying close attention to detail.
Pay Range Minimum $19.
16 Midpoint $25.
39 Maximum $31.
61 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience Required:
Six months administrative work experience.
Preferred:
Previous work experience in health care environment.
Education Required:
High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
Preferred:
Business-related college courses.
Training Required:
None Specialized Skills Required:
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally in English both written and verbal; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and meet all expectations for the completion of assigned roles.
Able to think critically; work independently; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail.
Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
