Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail.
Maintain front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide team management support by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members to provide excellent customer service.
A/R, post payments, follow up on outstanding claims, Skills:
Proven experience in dental office management.
Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.
Strong training and development skills to enhance staff performance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to manage calendars efficiently and coordinate schedules.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
