6K a year Offer service support over the phone to contractors in need of advice on Icetro equipment.
Conduct service schools, via in-person instruction or over Zoom, as requested by the National Service Manager.
Process warranty claims submitted by service contractors for approval and payment.
Locate and dispatch service contractors to complete repairs based on customer needs.
Inspect returned equipment to determine if repair is possible and oversee said repair if the decision is made to do so.
Other duties as assigned.
Required
Experience:
At least 2-5 years of refrigeration service experience, with a specific focus on ice machines.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration problems over the phone.
Ability to read equipment part & electrical diagrams.
Ability to speak in front of large audiences and conduct service presentations.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Ability to lift 80 lbs Optional
Experience:
1-2 years teaching HVAC/R Bilingual PI231442911.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
