Responsible for front office duties and administrative assistance in support of all staff, including, but not limited to:
Assist as needed in general support and clerical functions, including e-mails, follow-up, suspense and related activities Input data into Agency Management Software (AMS360) Answer / direct all incoming calls Distribute incoming mail Process outgoing mail Direct / handle incoming and outgoing faxes Data processing (MS Word / Excel) as needed Order office supplies and maintain supply area Process outgoing Fed Ex / packages Take mail to post office daily and/or run errands as needed Requirements:
Team attitude Good phone/communication skills Attention to detail Must have working knowledge of MS Word / MS Excel Current/Valid CA Drivers License with good driving record Current/Valid CA Auto Insurance Prior Insurance Agency experience and/or knowledge of AMS360 is not required, but is a plus! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
