- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Perform general clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Act as a personal assistant to the office manager, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks - Coordinate and assist with event planning and coordination - Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and payroll - Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members - Assist with various office projects and tasks as needed Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently We offer competitive pay based on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
