Clinical Staffing Administrative Assistant
Pride Health is hiring a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support our client's medical center in Orange, CA.
This is a 4 months contract opportunity with possible extensions or internal hire.
Shift :
3 x 12 hour shifts Monday - Sunday 7a to 7p Duties :
Must have minimum 2 years recent administrative/clerical/customer service experience in an office setting Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Must possess typing skills minimum 40 Words Per Minute Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Ability to appropriately deal with stressful situations and individuals while remaining calm and professional Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner Ability to answer a large volume of phone calls simultaneously while maintaining calm and professional Ability to respond efficiently to potentially large volumes of emails throughout the shif Qualification High School Diploma/GED Must have minimum 2 years recent administrative/clerical/customer service experience in an office setting Administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of basic hospital policies and procedures Base Pay:
$21- $22 per hour Base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and takes into consideration experience, expertise, education, and other qualifications.
