What You'll Do This role plays a large part in delivering solutions and expanding Slalom's footprint through sales for Orange County clients.
The primary role of a Process Optimization Specialist is to understand the client's business and to craft effective processes to drive business improvements, building and executing improvement plans adapted to the client environment.
Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility quickly Review existing processes that support and enable relevant business functions to determine what processes need to be developed or optimized Conduct gap assessments (e.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
For this position, the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $190,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
