You should also have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities Handling patients, referral sources, and administrative department inquiries Communicating with insurance companies and/or prior authorization requests Entering patient information into a customer information system Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health Making decisions as needed without supervision to ensure an uninterrupted supply of product to customers Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Learning the qualifications of multiple insurances to ensure clean order intake Specific qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
