Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team.
The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, fabricating parts, and ensuring quality control in the production process.
Duties:
- Operate press/stamping machines as directed to fabricate parts according to blueprints and specifications - Operate and use other machines and hand tools as directed to fabricate parts according to specifications - Use vision and feel to monitor parts for potential burrs and other defect and report any as they occur - Monitor machine operations and notify when adjustments may be necessary - Assemble and adjust components as directed to complete workflow process - Follow in process inspection process to ensure product meets standards - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a production operator/worker or in a similar role preferred -Strong ability to fabricate parts accurately and efficiently - Knowledge and ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment where attention to detail and efficiency are valued.
